By creating an account or using CopySeal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable Use

You may use CopySeal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to watermark images you do not own or have rights to. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original images. CopySeal does not claim ownership of any content you process. The watermarked images remain your property. The CopySeal name, logo, and service are our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

CopySeal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
